Emma is a caring and knowledgable degree qualified naturopath and remedial massage therapist with over 17 years of experience. She completed a Bachelor of Naturopathy at Southern Cross University in Lismore, and worked in clinical practise at two busy allied healthcare clinics in Sydney before moving to the south coast. She has been practising at Milton Osteopathic Clinic for the past four years.

Emma works within a holistic framework of health, and the naturopathic consultation is structured to assess many areas of health that may be involved with your presenting complaint. Emma employs herbal medicine, dietary modification, nutritional supplementation, lifestyle recommendations, and remedial massage.

Emma is trained in physical examination and will use these techniques in your health assessment, including your cardiovascular, respiratory, and gastrointestinal systems. She can assist patients with referrals for further investigations such as standard and functional pathology testing, and will collaborate with your GP where necessary.

Emma is a current member of the Australian Natural Therapist Association and regularly undertakes continuing professional education in naturopathy. She is keen to see the acceptance and integration of natural medicine into the mainstream healthcare system, to improve health outcomes for patients.

She lives in Mollymook with her husband Tony and their four children. She enjoys early morning walks, surfing, the raw natural environment of the south coast, family life, encouraging others and being an active part of her local church.
